When does it make sense to loosen skin flakes?
Our skin is a protective barrier between the body and the environment. Among other things, it protects us from germs, heat, cold, sunlight and harmful substances. If the natural renewal process of the skin is disturbed by a skin disease such as psoriasis, the result is the excessive formation of skin flakes with all of their unpleasant side effects. Then it is particularly important to support the detachment of the dandruff with a well-tolerated agent such as LOYON: Once the dandruff has been removed, the skin can recover more quickly and take over its natural protective function. In addition, a subsequent anti-inflammatory therapy with ointments or UV light is then more effective.

Innovative combination of active ingredients loosens skin flakes
Keratolysis - the medical term for dandruff solution - with LOYON is based on two active ingredients: The innovative agent is composed of dicaprylyl carbonate and dimeticones. Thanks to this patented combination, the solution gets under and between the skin cells particularly well and is evenly distributed. In doing so, it reduces the cohesion of the scales so that they can be more easily rinsed off the surface of the skin. The preparation works externally and purely physically. The solution does not interfere with the metabolism and is therefore particularly well tolerated. If the annoying flakes are removed, the skin can recover better.
